垃圾處理行業焚燒爐用耐火、耐磨保溫材料是我廠參照國外垃圾焚燒爐用耐火、耐磨保溫材料的理化指標,結合我國有關設計應用的實際情況研制開發而成的,它具有耐磨性能好,重燒線變化小,熱震穩定性好等特點。

CAO 控氣型焚燒爐也稱第二代城市生活垃圾焚燒爐 - 氣化熔融,有的氣化熔融爐設計的焚燒熔融部位工作溫度達 1400-1600 ℃甚而 1800 ℃。因此這部分內襯耐火材料應首選高溫下高強度、耐磨損、耐腐蝕、耐熱震的鋁鋯質材料,也有選擇含氧化鉻 10-20% 的鋁鉻質材料。
